Seating assignments are made when deposit is received.
$100 deposit per coach due 30 days after order date.
Final count due 45 days prior to performance date.
Final payment due 30 days prior to performance date.
Driver & Escort receive complimentary admission and meal when booked for groups of 25 or more. An additional escort ticket is available for each additional coach.
Tickets are printed and mailed upon receipt of final payment. Tickets may also be held at the box office and delivered to your bus by our greeters.
Orders may be canceled up to 30 days prior to show date and receive a full deposit refund. Tickets cancelled 14-29 days prior to the performance date are refundable less $1 per ticket charge for each cancelled ticket with a maximum charge of $25. All monies received by the American Music Theatre are non-refundable 13 days before the show date.
Restaurant portion of meal packages is non-refundable within 14 days of show.
Tickets for celebrity concerts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Deposits for celebrity concerts are non-refundable and non-transferable.
