Purchasing tickets at the box office
All Original Productions and Celebrity Concert tickets may be purchased at our Box Office. No additional service fees are assigned for all tickets purchased in person at our Box Office.
Purchasing tickets via phone All Original Productions and Celebrity Concert tickets may be purchased by phone. American Music Theatre will charge a $1.50 per ticket service charge for all phone orders.
When calling, please be prepared to provide the following information:
your name
credit card type
card number & expiration date
full name of credit card holder
the name of the show(s) you desire
the number of tickets you desire for each
complete mailing address
e-mail address
daytime phone number so we can confirm your order (or contact you in the event of an emergency)
how you heard about the performance

To purchase Original Production tickets
From the Original Productions page, click on the BUY icon. This opens the ticket purchasing page. Simply select the showtime you want and follow the onscreen instuctions to complete your secure online ticket order.
To purchase Celebrity Concert tickets
Go to the Celebrity Concerts page. Scroll down the page to find the on sale concert you wish to attend. Click the BUY icon for the show you wish to purchase. This opens the ticket purchasing page. Follow the onscreen instuctions to complete your secure ticket order online. If there is no BUY icon, the event has not gone on sale yet to the public. In the unlikely event that the concert is on sale and there is no BUY icon, open tickets.amtshows.com and search for the concert you wish to purchase.
Print@Home tickets Tickets may be printed at home for all phone and online ticket purchases. A valid email address must be provided, and a link will be emailed to you with access to your print@home tickets. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader® installed on your computer to view and print your tickets. Payment Policies For your convenience we accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Check Policy American Music Theatre accepts checks for phone orders or in person only up to 14 days before a showtime. For phone orders, seats will not be reserved until your check is recieved via mail. American Music Theatre will charge a $20 fee for all returned checks.
Mailing tickets Tickets will be printed and mailed when the order is paid in full. If you prefer to have your tickets held at the box office or would like to make other special arrangements, please let the sales associate know when placing your order.
Refunds & Exchanges Tickets for our original production are non-refundable. They may be exchanged for another show up to 14 days prior to the original show date. The original tickets must be returned and a $1.00 per ticket service fee will be charged to process exchanges.
Tickets for celebrity concerts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
