A lot has changed for AMT favorite Billy Ray Cyrus since he last appeared here in 2005. Billy Ray has gone from being most known for his “Achy Breaky Heart,” to being now known to millions of new fans simply as “Miley’s Dad.” He is also one of the stars of the Disney Channel’s Hannah Montana. Kenny Rogers, The Gambler himself, continues to wow his legions of fans all over the world.
